Description

Albert Williams was born in Keynsham, Bristol, Somerset, the son of Eliza Williams and worked as a labourer before enlisting with the Somerset Light Infantry on 8 Apr 1891, serving in Gibraltar before being posted to India for the Mohmand Expedition 1897 and posted to South Africa from 4 Nov 1899 to 7 Apr 1903.
