Henry John Jolly was the son of Henry John and Anna Elizabeth Jolly of 6 Berry St., Clifton Hill, Victoria, Australia and worked as a Butcher before attesting with the Australian Infantry Force on 12 Jan 1916, proceeding overseas to France on 21 Feb 1916.
Jolly was Killed In Action on 4 Oct 1917 when serving with the 5th Battalion, A.I.F. in Belgium.
He is remembered on the Menin Gate Memorial.
